Diploma Students
A diploma student is defined as an individual who is currently undertaking part-time or full-time study in a diploma programme.

Recognised Higher Education Accreditation Organisation
A Recognised Higher Education Accreditation Organisation is a body which awards accreditation to post-secondary educational institutions or programmes.

Personal Data
Personal Data means any information from which you may be directly or indirectly identified, and this information must ‘relate’ to you as an individual. A range of factors such as the content of the information, the purpose or purposes for which you are processing it, and the likely impact or effect of that processing on the individual, should be taken into account when deciding whether information ‘relates to’ an individual.

Examples of Personal Data include your name, your phone or identification number, or could include other identifiers such as an IP address or a cookie identifier.

Undergraduate Students
An undergraduate student is defined as a university student who has not commenced any postgraduate programme, and must be presently pursuing an undergraduate degree on a part-time or full-time basis.

University
A university is defined as an institution of higher learning which provides physical facilities for teaching and research, and is authorised to grant academic degrees. The university must offer courses primarily in physical classrooms, but can supplement the same with online learning.
